Палиативни грижи или хоспис за неизлечимо болни

Имам роднина в Силистра, който е с диагноза рак. За съжаление, човека е сам, няма кой да се грижи за него в домашни условия. В момента е в болница, но там могат да го държат 7дена и след това го пускат в къщи. Аз мога да помогна единствено с малко финанси. Интересува ме дали има център за палиативни грижи или хоспис в Силистра. Или евентуално медицински работници, които ходят ежедневно по домовете на болните.

Symposium Agenda
The International Symposium is an inter-disciplinary program of seminars, workshops, lectures and panel discussions featuring leading figures from the fields of economics, politics, academia, civil society and culture. In addition to looking in greater detail at the history and development of cultural diplomacy, the goal of the program is to induce new momentum in the debate about the significance of Africa, and will focus on the theme: Cultural Diplomacy & Sustainable Development in Africa.

Participation Cost
The participation cost for the program is 195 Euros. If offered a place in the program, applicants are then required to transfer the participation cost to reserve their position. The ICD is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization and the Participation Cost goes towards the cost of developing and running the program.

Symposium Agenda
The International Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy in Geneva will be held parallel to the Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development and will focus on the importance of sustainable development to the future of developed and developing countries. дv не знаех че са пуснали , не са лоши немците , гледам арта редовно спокойно каналче е което също става , повече публицистика и авторство - по-добре като цяло и не се нервя защото не им разбирам рекламите.

колкото до бройката канали не е от такова значение стига да не са пълни шитни , в момента са в златната среда, има една варненска тв в с която нито една софийска кабеларка тв не може да се конкурира, а истара са по ръба вярно няма 3д канал но предполагам няма чааак толкова народ с 3д тв та които и да гледат тв-та.

еврпейското ще наложи едно ново ниво, чакам да го видя на фулл а не на смачкано ХД.

Като компресия и битрейт сигнала на Vivacom TV е най-добрата от предлаганите от българските сателитни оператори, при тях компресията е H264 и DVB-S2и битрейта им е малко висок от този на Bulsatcom i SateliteBG, които са на една стара-стара MPEG2 компресия.
това че монтажниците в Силистра са некадърни и не могат да настроят добре една чиния (с изключение на чиния с боб с наденица) е проблем на инсталацията но не и на излъчвания сигнал.
Относно микса от програми: всеки си има различен вкус и потребности.
